Before Your Appointment

✓Complete your FAA MedXPress application online at medxpress.faa.gov and note your confirmation number
✓ Bring a valid government-issued photo ID
✓ Bring a list of all current medications and supplements
✓ Bring any relevant medical records, especially if you have a history of conditions requiring special issuance
✓ Bring corrective lenses if you wear them for flying

During Your Exam

✓ Vision test (near, distance, color)
✓ Hearing test
✓ Blood pressure & pulse check
✓ Urinalysis
✓ General physical examination
